Supply Manager


We are currently hiring a Supply Manager to oversee the supply and inventory management of our company in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to avoid stockouts or overstocking
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to develop forecasts and plans for future demand
- Analyze data on sales trends, customer demand, and supplier performance to make informed decisions on purchasing and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to supply chain operations
- Develop relationships with new suppliers and maintain relationships with current suppliers
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or procurement
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes including sourcing, purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and distribution
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel or SAP
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is preferred
