Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations of the company and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budget forecasts
- Conduct regular audits to identify any discrepancies or errors
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist in developing financial strategies to support business objectives
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role
- Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
