Construction Manager - Nizwa, Oman


A reputable construction company in Nizwa, Oman is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively lead and coordinate with various teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month, without accommodation. Candidates must have excellent English skills and be able to work independently. Preference will be given to Indian nationals. Women are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Oversee project budget, schedule, and quality control
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other teams involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Communicate project progress updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues
- Prepare reports on project status, budget, and any changes or delays

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the construction industry
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
- Willingness to work independently as well as part of a team
- Indian nationality preferred
