Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our building projects in Nizwa. As a Contract Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Oversee project progress and ensure it meets deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure project profitability
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
