We are currently hiring for the position of a Factory Line Worker in our manufacturing facility based in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines on the production line to ensure efficient and timely production of goods.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines on the production line to ensure smooth workflow and quality output
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Monitor product quality and report any issues or defects to the supervisor
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a factory setting is preferred
- Ability to operate machinery and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and perform manual labor as required
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1000/month
Accommodation: Provided by company

Contract Type: Full-time, 6-month contract (with possibility of extension)
Language Requirement: Basic English skills are required for effective communication with the team
