Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Remish. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their computer systems. This is a full-time position and requires previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and peripherals
- Maintain inventory of computer equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to solve complex technical problems
- Keep updated on new technologies and trends in the industry

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and security protocols
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one for travel purposes

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1500$ per month for this position.
