Gardening Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Gardening Supervisor to oversee our gardening team in Plovdiv. As a Gardening Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily tasks of the gardening team, including planting, watering, weeding, and maintaining flower beds and lawns. You will also be responsible for creating schedules, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and equipment, and maintaining a high standard of work quality. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in gardening and strong leadership skills. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English and have a passion for horticulture. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily tasks of the gardening team
- Create schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Ensure that all gardening activities are carried out efficiently and according to company standards
- Monitor plant health and identify any issues or potential risks
- Maintain flower beds, lawns, and other outdoor areas
- Train new team members on proper gardening techniques
- Order necessary tools and equipment for the team
- Communicate with clients regarding their gardening needs and preferences

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in gardening or horticulture
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, trees, etc.
- Ability to identify plant health issues and provide solutions
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
