Executive Chef for High-End Restaurant

We are a premier high-end restaurant located in the beautiful city of Ashdod, seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be a Canadian national with a passion for creating exceptional dishes and providing top-notch dining experiences. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$. No English language skills required, as we have a diverse team that speaks multiple languages. Previous experience as an Executive Chef is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Create and design new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations during service hours
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain high-quality standards
- Train and mentor junior chefs to develop their skills
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Canadian nationality preferred
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Creativity in menu planning and presentation
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport for international travel
