Architectural Designer



We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Herzliya. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans and drawings for various projects. You must have a strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings based on client requirements.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure designs meet project specifications.
- Conduct site visits to gather data and assess potential design limitations.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and regulations.
- Participate in project presentations to clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Nepali is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Candidates must be located in Herzliya or willing to relocate. We welcome candidates of all nationalities who meet the requirements.
