Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Washington. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your main goal will be to ensure that the structures are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings and facilities.
- Create detailed design drawings, models, and plans using CAD software.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to oversee the construction process.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in construction technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing industrial buildings/facilities.
- Proficient in CAD software.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month. Candidates must have their own visa/permit to work in Washington. Freshers are welcome to apply if they meet the experience requirements.
