Team Lead (Indian Nationals) - Atlanta, USA


As a Team Lead for our company's Atlanta branch, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals from India. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business by providing guidance, support and direction to your team members. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader who is able to motivate and mentor their team towards achieving our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and coach a team of Indian professionals in Atlanta
- Set clear performance goals and expectations for team members
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to help them improve
- Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks assigned to the team
- Identify areas for improvement in processes or workflows and implement necessary changes
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to drive cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Serve as the main point of contact between the Atlanta branch and our India-based teams

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Management)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from various cultural backgrounds
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams towards achieving business objectives

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Atlanta, USA. Applicants must be willing to relocate or have authorization to work in the USA.
