Teamlead - Operations Management

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our operations management team in Atlanta. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving team success. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company, managing a team of employees, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure high levels of productivity and performance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and meet business goals
- Monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and development
- Ensure that all team members follow company policies and procedures
- Manage employee schedules and workload distribution to ensure optimal productivity
- Communicate effectively with upper management about team progress, challenges, and opportunities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding operational targets

Salary: $1800 per month

Location: Atlanta

Preference: Indians preferred but not required; English speaking candidates preferred

Experience: No previous experience required; training will be provided
