Teamlead - Indian Language Project (Contract)


We are currently hiring a Teamlead for our Indian language project in Atlanta. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of Indian language speakers and overseeing the translation and localization of various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Indian language translators and reviewers
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure high quality translation and localization of projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop efficient workflows
- Train new team members on project requirements and processes
- Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with deliverables

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and at least one Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, etc.)
- Previous experience in translation or localization preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
