Dismantler - Automotive Parts (Akron, OH - Indians Preferred)


We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Dismantlers to join our automotive parts dismantling team in Akron, OH. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe disassembly of vehicles to retrieve usable parts for resale. This is a physically demanding role that requires knowledge of vehicle parts and their functions, as well as the ability to use various hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Disassemble vehicles according to company procedures and safety guidelines
- Identify and remove usable parts from vehicles for resale
- Inspect parts for damage and ensure quality standards are met
- Properly label and store dismantled parts in designated areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in automotive dismantling or mechanical work preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle parts and their functions
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Salary:
$1300 per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
