As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning the construction of industrial structures such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that the design meets all safety and functionality requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans for industrial structures based on client requirements and building codes.
- Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment needed for construction projects.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure that building designs meet structural requirements.
- Work closely with contractors to oversee the construction process and address any issues that may arise.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that the project is being built according to the design plans.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and make any necessary changes or revisions to the design.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect.
- Extensive knowledge of industrial building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Previous experience working on industrial projects in China.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles.
