Industrial Architect - Shan, Philippines

We are in search of a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Shan. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. Your main duties will include creating detailed blueprints, conducting site visits and inspections, and collaborating with engineers and contractors to ensure efficient and safe construction.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture and at least 3 years of experience working on industrial projects. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and materials is essential. Strong technical skills in AutoCAD or other design software are also required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are crucial for this position.
