Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon embarkation and throughout their stay on board
- Provide excellent customer service by answering guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assist with onboard activities such as games, shows, and events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas on the ship
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure the well-being of guests and crew members
- Promote onboard services and products to guests
- Collaborate with other crew members to create a positive work environment

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national or have Indian citizenship
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional guest service

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
