Senior Architectural Manager



As a senior architectural manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architecture projects in Lisbon. With your leadership skills and expertise in architecture, you will ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the planning, designing, and execution of various projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our architectural processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- At least 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, codes, and regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other relevant software programs.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
