Skilled Turner for Metal Fabrication Company in Sheduva, India

We are a metal fabrication company based in Sheduva, India and we are seeking a skilled Turner to join our team. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various metalworking machines to shape and fabricate metal parts according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain metalworking machines such as lathes, grinders, drill presses, etc.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
- Measure and mark dimensions on metal pieces using measuring tools
- Set up and adjust machine controls according to the type of work being performed
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed for quality control
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues with machines or parts

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Turner in a metal fabrication setting
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Familiarity with various types of metalworking machines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Sheduva, India (free visa and ticket provided)
