Architectural Technologist

Our architectural firm in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans, conducting site visits, and coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure project success.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD and other design software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with design plans
- Prepare reports, presentations, and cost estimates for projects
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this contract position. Accommodation will be provided by the company. Visa sponsorship is also available for qualified candidates.
