We are hiring an experienced Gardener to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our clients' gardens, ensuring they are well-maintained and beautiful. You will be working in various outdoor environments, using your knowledge of plants and landscaping to create and maintain stunning landscapes.

Responsibilities:
- Plant, water, fertilize, prune and weed gardens
- Monitor plant health and identify potential issues or diseases
- Design new garden layouts and implement changes as needed
- Maintain garden equipment and tools
- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and offer suggestions for improvements
- Keep records of plant inventory and maintenance schedules
- Work with a team to complete larger projects such as installing new gardens or outdoor structures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of various plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Ability to use gardening tools and machinery safely
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Physically fit with the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Previous experience working in contract jobs is preferred but not required
