We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the local market in Eldoret preferred
- Proficiency in English required

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance
- Coordinate with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
