Sales Manager for African Market in Eldoret, Kenya


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Sales Manager for our African market, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing strategies to increase revenue in the region.

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This role is based in Eldoret, Kenya. Candidates from other African countries who are willing to relocate are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in the African market
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Train and manage a team of sales representatives
- Monitor sales performance and create reports for management
- Attend trade shows and networking events to promote our products/services
- Provide excellent customer service and handle any complaints or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the African market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team
- Ability to travel within the region as needed
