Moderator (Greenland)



As a Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and safe online community for our company in Greenland. Your main duties will include monitoring user-generated content, enforcing community guidelines, and addressing any issues or concerns raised by users. You will work closely with the social media and customer support teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain unbiased in potentially sensitive situations. This is a full-time role with a salary of $1700 per month, including accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on various platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of all moderation activities
- Collaborate with social media and customer support teams to address any issues or escalate as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to online community management

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (proficiency in Greenlandic is a plus)
- Previous experience in community management or content moderation preferred
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their features
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evening or weekend shifts if needed
