Construction Project Manager


The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in the city of Albena. This role is perfect for a highly organized and experienced professional with a strong background in construction management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team to successfully complete projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Create project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate records of all project details including costs, materials used, and progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Working knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
$1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
