Architecture Manager

Our architecture firm in Ashdod is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from conception to completion. This is a full-time position suitable for men with competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for projects
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Oversee a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and approve project drawings, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
