Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This includes coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of architectural projects, from initial concept to final completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design plans accordingly
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Review and approve designs, materials, and construction methods
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on project management best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture design and project management
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, techniques, materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
