DevOps Software Engineer


We are looking for a skilled and experienced DevOps Software Engineer to join our growing team in Kaunas. As a DevOps Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our software infrastructure and systems. Your main goal will be to improve the efficiency of our development and deployment processes, ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain software infrastructure and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features into existing systems
- Automate deployment processes using tools like Ansible or Puppet
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Implement security measures to protect data and systems
- Continuously improve development and deployment processes to increase efficiency
- Stay updated on industry best practices and implement them in our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevOps role or similar position
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet or Chef
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Python
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab
- Knowledge of database management (MySQL, MongoDB)
