Architectural Designer - Las Vegas, USA



Our company is seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team in Las Vegas, USA. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative architectural designs for commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience with 3D modeling software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements
- Develop detailed architectural designs and plans using 3D modeling software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Attend site visits to ensure construction progress aligns with design plans
- Work closely with construction team to provide support and resolve any design issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
- Proficient in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation can also be provided for the right candidate. Canadian candidates are preferred but all nationalities are welcome. Please note that applicants must have a biometric passport for travel purposes.
