Mason - Construction Worker


As a Mason - Construction Worker, you will use your skills and knowledge to construct and repair buildings, walls, and other structures. You will work with various materials such as brick, concrete, and stone to create sturdy and visually appealing structures. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret blueprints and specifications will be crucial in ensuring the success of each project.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning, leveling, and installing temporary structures
- Lay out patterns for building foundations using measuring tools
- Mix mortar or grout according to specifications
- Use hand or power tools to cut, shape, and smooth materials
- Install bricks or other materials in a predetermined pattern
- Check alignments of building components using levels or plumb bobs
- Repair any damaged structures or surfaces
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of different masonry techniques and methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
