Job Title: Seasonal Executive Chef


A luxurious resort in Lahore is seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef for our seasonal team. As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary operations, creating innovative menus and ensuring exceptional food quality for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of cooks and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality cuisine with attention to detail
- Develop creative and diverse menus using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients
- Oversee food purchasing and inventory management to maintain cost-effective operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with other departments to create memorable dining experiences for guests
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and best practices

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel setting preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Proficiency in menu creation, food cost control, and inventory management
- Extensive knowledge of different cuisines, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with staff from diverse backgrounds
- Attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Salary:
This is a seasonal position offering a salary of $1100 per month.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore but open to candidates from all countries who are legally eligible to work in Pakistan.
