We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Concierge to join our team in Siauliai. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and comfortable. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests upon arrival, provide them with information about the hotel amenities, and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Make reservations for guests at local restaurants, events, or attractions as requested
- Arrange transportation services for guests such as taxis or rental cars
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are prepared according to their preferences
- Maintain knowledge of all hotel services and facilities to provide accurate information to guests
- Develop relationships with local businesses to offer special promotions or discounts to hotel guests
- Assist with luggage storage and handling as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Knowledge of local attractions, events, and businesses is preferred
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required
