Guest Services Concierge


We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Services Concierge for our luxury hotel in Siauliai. This is a seasonal job with the potential for long-term employment.

As a Guest Services Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded during their stay. You will be the face of our hotel and the go-to person for all guest inquiries and requests.

Key responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide personalized recommendations and assistance for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Arrange reservations for guests including dining, spa services, and tours
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies to effectively assist guests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of concierge desk area
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role within the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as French or German is a plus
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
