Concierge



Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay. This position requires a friendly and helpful attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other activities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
- Maintain knowledge of current events and special promotions in the area
- Keep the lobby area clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events preferred
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The concierge may be required to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds. This position does not include accommodation.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
