Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Shan, India. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, managing a team of architects and designers, and ensuring the timely completion of projects within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and construction process from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans accordingly
- Manage a team of architects, designers, and contractors to ensure quality work and adherence to project timelines and budget
- Review designs and blueprints for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with building codes
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for materials, equipment, and services
- Prepare project proposals, reports, budgets, and schedules
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
