Facade Technician – Balzers, Liechtenstein


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new building facades according to specifications and blueprints
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on existing facades
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with facades and make necessary repairs
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working at heights
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade installation, maintenance, or repair
- Strong technical skills with knowledge of various facade materials and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
