We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber to join our team at our salon in Muscat. As an entry-level position, no prior experience or English language skills are required - we welcome freshers and Malayalees looking to start their career in the barbering industry. Our ideal candidate is someone with a natural flair for cutting, styling, and grooming hair, who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Listen to clients' needs and preferences to determine their desired hairstyle
- Cut, trim, and shape hair using clippers, scissors, razors, or other tools
- Shave and trim beards and mustaches
- Wash and style hair using appropriate products and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and tools according to health and safety standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
- Build a loyal client base through excellent service and attention to detail

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided on the job
- Fluent in Malayalam (ability to communicate in English is a plus)
- Knowledge of different cutting techniques for men's hairstyles (e.g. fades, undercuts)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen to clients' needs
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
Starting salary of 1800$ per month with potential for growth as skills improve.
