Junior Accountant



The Junior Accountant will be responsible for assisting with the financial management of the company's accounts and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This position is based in Ufa, Russia and is open to all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliation
- Preparing financial statements and reports for review by senior staff
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate coding of expenses
- Responding to queries from clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
- Strong proficiency in Russian language (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferred but not required

Salary: $1300/month
