Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to potential customers, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our products and services to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Swahili is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
