Job Title: Senior Architect - Part Time (Lisbon)


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Lisbon. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop design solutions that meet their needs
- Create detailed architectural plans, including blueprints, 3D models, and construction documents
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Manage project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to keep projects on track
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals to deliver high-quality projects
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, contractors, etc.
