House Manager

Our luxury estate in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a highly experienced and professional House Manager to oversee all aspects of the daily operations and maintenance of our property. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a large household and be knowledgeable in all areas of housekeeping, maintenance, and staff management. This is a full-time, live-in position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of household staff including housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance workers
- Develop and implement schedules for cleaning, laundry, and other household tasks
- Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies, groceries, and other household items
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property including gardens, pool, vehicles, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs or larger projects
- Plan and prepare meals for the family as needed
- Handle administrative tasks such as paying bills, managing schedules, etc.
- Ensure that all guests are welcomed and taken care of during their stay
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a House Manager or similar role in a large household setting
- Knowledgeable in housekeeping techniques and able to train staff accordingly
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff members, guests, vendors, etc.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when needed
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
