Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Jizan. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure the accuracy of orders and handle any special requests or dietary restrictions
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and restrooms
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a positive attitude and be able to work well in a team setting
- Attention to detail for accuracy in taking orders and handling payments
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and provide excellent customer service at all times

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1500$ per month. Additional benefits include free accommodation.
