In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through various online platforms. As a fluent English speaker, you will be the main point of contact for our international clients and will assist them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This is a contract position with provided accommodation, making it ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the online consulting industry while living in a new city.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries through email, chat, and phone.
- Provide accurate information and guidance on products or services offered.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:
- Native or fluent English speaker.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales.
- Knowledge of online communication tools such as email, chat, and video conferencing.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
