Architecture Manager for a Leading Architecture Firm in Kaunas, Lithuania

We are in search of an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading architecture firm in the vibrant city of Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from concept to completion. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, leading a team of architects and designers, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of architectural projects from design concept to construction completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
- Lead a team of architects and designers to develop project plans and designs that meet client needs
- Ensure that projects are delivered within the agreed timelines and budget constraints
- Review project drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and materials on site
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, developments, regulations, and best practices
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
