Data Analytics Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Multan. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data, identifying patterns and trends, and providing insights and recommendations to help drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, proficiency in statistical tools and programming languages, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods to identify patterns and trends
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to forecast future trends
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Create visualizations and dashboards to present complex data in an easy-to-understand format
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Continuously monitor data quality, identify issues, and recommend solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in statistical tools such as R, Python, or SAS
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL or Java
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data
- Experience working with biometric passport data is a plus

Location:
This position is based in Multan but candidates from other cities may be considered.

Salary:
1300$ per month.
