Body Repair Master



We are in need of a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
- Create repair plan and estimate cost for repairs
- Remove damaged panels, parts, and components as needed
- Straighten frames and weld new sections as necessary
- Repair or replace damaged parts using appropriate tools and techniques
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match existing finish
- Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of repairs performed
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
- Proficient in welding, sanding, painting, and other repair techniques
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification is a plus
