Carpenter

We are in need of a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Muscat. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will also be required to read blueprints and plans, measure and cut materials, and ensure that all work meets safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and plans to determine materials needed for projects
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Cut or shape materials using hand or power tools
- Build or repair structures such as partitions, doors, windows, roofs, cabinets, and furniture
- Install structures or fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, or hardware
- Inspect work for quality and conformance to specifications
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter
- Ability to read blueprints and plans
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and operate power tools
- Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Willingness to work in Muscat with accommodation provided if needed
- Nepali nationality preferred but open to foreigners with valid visa sponsorship

Salary: 1300$ per month
