Instrument Technician


We are a leading company in the field of instrumentation and control systems, located in the beautiful city of Vianden. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team.

As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various instruments and control systems used in industrial and commercial settings. This includes but is not limited to pressure, temperature, flow, level, and analytical instruments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new instruments and control systems according to technical specifications and safety regulations
- Calibrate instruments using appropriate tools and procedures
- Perform routine maintenance on instruments to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot instrument malfunctions and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Keep accurate records of all work performed on instruments
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of all instruments and control systems
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in instrumentation technology and recommend upgrades or improvements when necessary

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial or commercial setting
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
- Familiarity with various types of instruments including pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, etc.
- Strong knowledge of calibration techniques and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional technical training or certification in instrumentation is preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1400$ per month for this position.

Contract Type:
This is a full-time contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.

While we welcome applicants from all nationalities, preference will be given to those who have a valid biometric passport and are able to work in Vianden.
