We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant in Izhevsk, Russia. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including staffing, training, budgeting, and customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining high quality standards and ensuring that all customers have a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Create schedules for staff and manage payroll
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation to ensure quality and consistency
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers
- Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and make necessary adjustments to maintain profitability
- Attend meetings with management team to discuss business strategies and improvements

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills in both Russian and English (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented with a friendly demeanor
- Budgeting and financial management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred:
-Knowledge of local cuisine
-Familiarity with POS systems
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
