Architectural Designer (Part Time) - Karachi, Pakistan

Our architectural firm is seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Karachi. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for designing and creating plans for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. You will work closely with our team of architects and engineers to bring clients' visions to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate ideas to clients and colleagues. This is an urgent position with the potential for full-time employment in the future. Accommodation can be provided if needed.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts for various projects
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with local laws
- Present designs and proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Work within project budgets and timelines
- Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 2+ years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
